Production Capabilities
TransPower has a production work force of 150+ employees manufacturing unique products. Our product range is very diversified covering various fields and applications. It is this niche that makes us stand out against our competition.We manufacture from PCB assembly level (SMT or thru hole) to top assembly, final assembly, testing to packaging ready for shipment.Two high speed Hitachi machines makes our SMT line where TCMX-100 can achieve 48,000/hr with its 12 heads and TIM-X100 has a tact time of 0.6 sec/component with its revolving head.

Automatic Packaging Line close flaps and sealing the box at both top & bottom	Plastic Injection We currently have about 25 plastic injection machines ranging from 98 - 368 tonnage. Our machines can handle numerous types of material such ABS, PC, PA66, PPO, etc…	Plastic Injection We also employ robotic arms to remove parts on some machines to increase output and enhance efficiency.
