Kien An TransPower has a production work force of 300+ employees manufacturing unique products. Our product range is very diversified covering various fields and applications. It is this niche that makes us stand out against our competition. We manufacture from PCB assembly level (SMT or thru hole) to top assembly, final assembly, testing to packaging ready for shipment. Our SMT production line includes a high-speed Panasonic pick and place machine and a Panasonic multi-functional pick and place machine: CM-602L & DT-401F, with a maximum capacity of 100,000 CPH (components/hour); single-head component placement speed up to 25,000 CPH, equipped with 12+8 soldering heads. The power cord and plastic injection molding production areas have a team of skilled managers.
